Sunset Cruise
One of the most popular sunset cruises is the Rey del Mar Pirate Ship. The sunset cruise is a two hour-trip from the port, along the Malecon, out around the Whale Hill and along Sandy Beach. Most trips include dolphin watching as they surface along the boat, entertaining the passengers. Whales and sea lions will be observed on some trips.
Bird Island Cruise
Bird Island is located 27 miles South East of Puerto Peñasco on the Sea of Cortez. There will be plenty to observe during your journey, such as sea lions, dolphins, whales, manta rays and a variety of other sea life.

Around the island, there are excellent places for scuba diving and snorkeling, thanks to the great variety of fish and other sea life. Snorkeling with the sea lions is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a wonderful way to experience the sea lions in their natural habitat. Humans are not allowed on the islands so the pristine environment is not disturbed and the mamals remain for years and years of for everyone to enjoy.
